It's a Boy For Lost Alum Evangeline Lilly!

Lost alum Evangeline Lilly gave birth to a baby boy. This is the first child for Lilly, 31, and boyfriend Norman Kali, who worked as a production assistant on the ABC hit.

Lilly recently spoke about how she was happy to be moving on from the show. "People are excited to try on the next chapter of their lives," she told New York Magazine. "This show is all-encompassing. We have had very little experience outside of the show during the last six years because it's just so demanding; it requires so much of us. So, it's exciting to have your freedom back, essentially."

And the Golden Globe nominee, who dated costar Dominic Monaghan from 2004-2009, said that said she wanted to take a hiatus from show business for a while.

"I'm definitely planning on taking a break for a little while," she said. "I consider acting a day job -- it's not my dream; it's not my be-all, end-all."

I never wrote it here, but when someone said in a topic that he/she felt it would be a boy (sorry I don't remember who :lol:

Okay, so we all knew she was going to have a boy. Anybody got any guesses on what they named the baby? I think I'm going to guess Robert. Or maybe Jeffrey. Anyone else want to have a go at it?

I've already explain this in another thread but I think she or her publicist told Us Weekly (on the down-low) that the baby was a boy because she has some sort of a deal with the magazine because they had the exclusive rights to the first candids of her baby.

Staged family photoshoots in tabloid magazines showing of the new baby are really cheesy so staged candids showing off the baby is the next best thing

. Evi probably wouldn't make as much money from the candids as she would from a photoshoot but its still enough and the whole thing doesn't look as desperate or transparent.

Thats the only logical explanation I can think of
