Help,cant download the clips!

Guys I need your help!!!I have an Apple laptop and since i got that i cannot download episode clips in Media section!Neither in EL and JH net!when i click on 'download it' this comes up:

Can't write to log file! Please Change the file permissions (CHMOD to 666 on UNIX machines!)

Yeah, there's a problem with that. Janine should fix it. I can't either. We will have to wait
