I just bought 3 fire-belly newts and a fire-belly toad. I named them all before I even bought them or seen them!
I named the newts Freckles (Kate) Scruff (Sawyer) and Doc (Jack) I usually just call them Kate, Jack or Sawyer though

And I named the toad Hurley.

Ironically enough, Freckles is a climber. It climbs everywhere and is FEISTY! Very protective of itself.
Sawyer moves rocks around a lot and none of the others do that.
Jack got bit in the back by Hurley... which is funny because he's a spinal surgeon :lol:

(I'm lame i know.)
AND Hurley eats everything in sight.

But i thats all i can say for now kate is climbing up the side of my pcomputer... :lol:

Hey,
So I am new to the site, my name is Courtney. I just figured I would stop in.
May I just say that I freaking LOVE college by the way! Today I turned in my final research paper for my english class, my personal topic of which revovled around LOST. hahaha. My professor has never seen the show, but he really wanted me to write about how it portrays evil ('what is evil' was the overall topic for the assignment). It is so hard to try to summarize what is now almost 100 hours of LOST to a man who has never seen it!! Sadly I focused on Locke and Ben, no kate

, but I still think it turned out to be an awesome paper

Cool : D My philosophy's teacher always makes reference to Lost when she talks about Reason and Faith, especially in this period in which we are talking about the philosophers Locke and Hume. She has made reference to Jack and John's relationship when we studied Pascal for example! Okay it sounds crazy but it does the lesson more interesting, I swear, you also would enjoy XD

grace: my professor LOVED the paper, i ended up with a 98! It was such a dumbed down version of the show though, haha, I managed to dance around the issue of time travel completely as to not confuse the professor. :lol:

im sure that LOST references in any class would spice it up a bit, especially philosophy and stuff like that.

I am trying to plan a super cheap trip to hawaii next spring break/ summer. it would be so awesome to get to try to visit the set or something LOST related. I used to live on oahu when I was like 10, so I want to go back and visit some old friends (one of whom was lucky enough to get to be an extra for one of the episodes). I am really not so much the type of person who cares about meeting celebrities or anything so much, but I think my only exception would be evi. hahaha

Hi : ) I want to ask you something. Today during the english class, I can't remember how, we talked about our country and its problems. We were saying, for example, that the italian problems are caused by politicians, immigrants... We said that the other countries have a bad opinion of us because of our "social problems", other countries make laugh of our politicians, our laws, our school education... things like these.. Now, I would like to know what do you think about it, I mean.. in your country what do people say? what does mass media say about Italy?
I know many people from other countries, I travelled a lot but I've never talked about it with foreign people.. now I would like to know what world thinks about Italy : D

Well I was taking a stroll down memory lane and watched the season 1 dvd extras.
I think you guys should rewatch the making of the plot because it's so adorable! You see the day Evi and Dom first met and he talks about her in it so much. There's funny pictures of them and even a scene with him having his arm around her. too adorable. :love5:

I'm watching it on my tv so all I could take was a crappy picture with my phone.

theres probably pictures in the gallery too. I'm just too lazy to check :lol:

EDIT: I just started watching another extra called The Art of Matthew Fox
and in one picture Dom & Evi were hugging in the corner and Foxy's quote was, "It was raining so much..... Dom & Evi were actually hugging just to keep warm"

hahahaha YEA RIGHT. :lol:
