I'm getting really worry...
the Jaters Vs Skater is all over the board...
since when there's Jaters' threads and Skaters' thread....
I only know "Kate and Jack", and "Skate"....only 2 shippers thread.
if someone post a new thread doesn't mean that thread is a Jate or Skate thread...

with no mods around, this place is going to hell.....
which it's something I don't want....This is supposed to be a EVI/KATE Forum and we are supposed to be EVI/KATE fans.

Evi doesn't deserve something like this...

and more than a Skater post is a KATER post / EVI FAN
so let's keep shippers comments in the ships threads...and everybody happy...

I'm not against any skaters here. And like you I can't stand there're fighting even here. There's no reason to fight here because there're many nice persons in this forum,skaters and jaters..

yeah aggre..i always see fighting!This is an evi/kate forum and it would be much much better if it would talk about evi/kate and not seeing skaters vs. jaters! :
Of course it is good to talk about what will happen with skate or jate..but it's not good that we fight with each other while we are on skaters/jaters site

I'm checking this forum again. I know I'm a bad webmiss for not being online and keeping this place intact, I just am not a forum gal.
So, could you maybe fill me in what bad stuff is going on here...shipper wars? Holy crap, that is like the worst thing ever to happen.
This forum is about Evangeline and granted about her character on Lost.
Frankly, if things are going downhill like this, I'm tempted to delete all of the shipper threads and the non-Evi/non-Kate related postings.

Yes, I agree, the shipper wars are all over the forum and I hate it. That's why I usually just try to ignore it 'cause I know that it won't get any better if yet another person interferes. But seriously, it's pointless and stupid 'cause we know that neither one will just give up! And yes, this is a EVI forum, which most of us often forgets (including me!), so I think we should try to behave more nicely towards each other in the future and stop the jate-skate bashing in the shipping threads! As I already said, it's pointless!

I hope that we will keep the members!I hope that nobody will get mad and leave us.I think is better on this way.I will miss the lost section.It was my favorite,but whatever.I guess I will write this things somewhere else. Anyway...We still have got the show

Like I said, you can move all the Lost discussion to Lost-Forum.com. They have subforums for all the shippers and lots of moderators. I simply don't have the time to handle this site as well as my others all by myself and try to solve a war.

Yeah it sucks and I hate offending anyone by deleting all the forums, but it's better than keeping the Jaters and Skaters and other shippers in check. I know this isn't the complete solution, you guys have to work with me here and be respectful of each other and make this the lovely community that it used to be.

For the record, I count myself as a Skater, loved them since ep 1.02 but at the same I always appreciated the Jack/Kate scenes and wouldn't be all too pissed if they will end up together. For me, I just can't see why people can't be respectful of other people's beliefs and wishes. Heck guys, we don't even know who Kate will end up with, maybe she'll have a new guy, not Jack or Sawyer, so just leave it be. It's not worth destroying this community over.

So behave or I'll have to think of something else. And I don't want it to get that far.

I haven't been paying attention to all the shipper war posts. But where do we post now when we want to talk about Kate.

Could there please be a Kate forum for everything Kate except for ships she is part of?

Also I think the board could benefit from more mods, especially since you aren't big on forums and more mods could save you lots of time. I recommend Marta and Elms.

My guess is because there have been no active mods on the forum, the wars got out of control.

Also, I really appreciate everything you have done for E-L.net, Janine, and in no way mean to sound ungrateful.

I agree with Jenna.It's impossible to stop warship.It's connected with Evi and all her fans.Well,about the moderators I think that even 2 new mods will be great!Marta will be good one,but a lot of people deserve it too.Marta wasn't so connected with the warship,so I guess she is great for mod.
