One of my all time favorite pics of Evangeline is this one:

I believe it's from a Parade magazine photoshoot.

She looks sooooo beautiful and I was curious if anyone had a better
quality version of this pic. :?:

The could possibly be. Depends if an Evi fan with codes or accounts to those sites that have celeb photo shoots decides to post it online.

I wasn't aware that there were sites that exclusively had rare photoshoot
images. Do you have to be a high power executive to have access to
these sites? Or do you have to pay to get access?

I'm not exactly sure about this. It's usually people who have jobs in the media, I don't know if they have to be that high up. Sometimes you can pay on sites for HQ images but they usually cost thousands of dollars.
