Right now, I just want a good resolution for us Evi/Kate fans because I'm fearing the worse.

don't get me wrong but this show without characters like Locke * TO Emmy Winner*, Ben * ME Emmy non. twice, Sawyer, even Juliet and Hurley is nothing !!!!!
but Jack, not so much, take a look at the ratings and reviews about his centric episode...general audience is not fond with him. he is part of the story as the rest of the characters.
all actor deserve a raise...
the pre production started, all the actors are back in Hawaii, some will go this weekend.
no one is gonna be write off the show.

True all the of the cast deserve a raise but everywhere you look it always says "LOST, starring Matthew Fox and Evangeline Lilly"...(then the rest of the cast) so i guess thats why ABC consider them the leads of the show even though when you think about it there aren't any lead actors on the show.

And while i'm at it i'd like to say that i'm sick of reading on nearly every message board that Michael Emmerson deserves MORE money than MF and EL because he has been nominated for an Emmy. Yes i agree he's a fantastic actor and does deserve a pay rise but if nominations make you worthy of a payrise than Foxy and Evi deserve it just as much because they have both been nominated for Golden Globes (Foxy for season 1 and Evi for season 3) but most Lost fans seem to have forgotten that fact, surprise surprise!!


Btw i don't ship Jate or Mavie (or any other ship), I'm purely and Evangeline fan who's sick of the unecessary Evi bashing. Whether or not you think its too much money or she doesn't deserve it the point is Evi busts her gut on set doing her own stunts and gruelling physical scenes when she could so easily be sunbathing on the beach drinking margaritas. Evi works hard for her money unlike a few actors who show up on set for a day, say their 5 lines and still pocket their $80k-$100k an episode. I don't really want to diss any other actress or actor because i love all the Losties but when you think about the difference in screen time Evi gets to other actors i just see that Evi works for a longer time therefore deserves the money she gets paid.

But to be honest i'm not worried about it, in an ideal world all of the Losties will get some sort of a payrise...i hope this is correct because Lost is still a million times better than other shows who's actors get paid waay more.

I'm not saying Evi doesn't deserve the money, she does as well all the rest of the actors, they all work really hard too and they are all centrals for the story, and i don't think it's too much money actually, that's money change for some actors from other show that get way more money. Evi may get the same money, maybe not, and the rest of the cast will get a raise as well. like Joyce Eng-Tvguide said:

it's too much 14 millions each episode OUCH... but what about 200 for everybody and all happy...
another thing usually this money business bring troubles between the cast if one get a raise the rest don't...so for heaven sake and peace between them, give them all a pay raise.

and like you I'm Evi's Fan, a Kater... shipper came later. and when this show gets to an end, i will be always Evangeline Lilly fan.

Mavie is not even a chip for God sake.

Every article I have read says Evi is still in talks. But the show starts filming soon so the deal should come to an end.

they already start filming but some of the cast like Terry, Evi apparently, Josh are not even in Hawaii yet.

I agree, she probably got the same or similar amount as Foxy but her "people" have managed to keep the details quiet

i hope evi got a raise , she's amazing hehehe. but i think its good they keep the money business quiet, i dont think its any of our business really lol. she's doing a great job and im sure she's being paid accordingly.
