It's definitely her. I'm just not sure it's for Cool Water. The only other shoot I recall her having wet hair for is one of the outtakes from Rolling Stone. But she had heavy eye make-up on for that and it wasn't in front of the ocean. She had heavy eye make-up on for Elle too. This picture doesn't match with that.

This deal with Cool Water was just announced though. When would they have had the time to do a shoot for it's campaign?

Maybe they have already done the shoot (say..during the writers strike) and only announced it now because its pretty close to July. I honestly don't know but thats my theory.

that's her and is new too. she probably did the ad during the strike.

The link that was given with the picture (http://vogue.co.uk/Beauty/News/) suggests that it came from Vogue UK although not the printed magazine itself just the website.

The picture hasn't been seen anywhere else apart from vogue.co.uk so they may have the exclusive shots of the advert to distribute.
