My favourite would be Born to Run, it shows a bit more about Kate's own previous relationship with men and the real heartache of the relationship between her and her mother (who I hate-how dare she pick a wife-beater over Evie/Kate!)
But Left Behind is a close second because Kate dislocates Juliet's arm (hoo-har

) and she FINALLY finds out that Jack saw her and Sawyer in the cage. But her flashbacks annoy me slightly because I can't stand Sawyer's ex-gal Cassidy
