Thanks for posting.

I have no idea when it was taken but it looks like she was there to watch a surfing competition because of the crowd of people there.

It was probably taken late November-- there were 50 ft waves and people from all over were coming to watch people surf. She's still in Canada though so it can't be really recent

yeah that's probably from that famous surf event in Hawaii.
