I don't think she got enough good material this year to warrant an Emmy nomination, some of her work in previous years has been much better. We can't really complain though she is the only LOST actress to earn a Golden Globe nomination (unless Liz Mitchell nominated for one this year) and people like Yunjin and Josh haven't been nominated for either so it could be worse, at least Evi's got one prestigious nominated during her run on LOST.

I agree with Sharon.

I liked this sixth season as a Lost fan, but Evi didn't really have the material. I thought she was great with Josh in the WKD episode by the pier, and I loved her role in the finale, but it was here and there for the rest of the season.

I think this was more Matthew and Terry's outstanding year to shine, and EM of course in the Incident Part 2 in her emotional scene as the doomed Juliet. Lovely work by her.

I think Josh Holloway is often overlooked, but especially for S5 last year when he was outstanding. However, so many of the cast are amazing (lucky for us), and everyone can't get the recognition when there are so many other great shows and nominees out there.

I hope she comes to the show, anyway. Be nice to see the Lost family together again.

But let's be honest- nobody really had a great material this season except for Matthew Fox and Terry O'Quinn. The other characters were literally neglected. Apart from that- those sort of awards are usually about the same bunch of people all over again. I mean COME ON, using the line I once read somewhere, - WE ALREADY KNOW HOW TO PRONOUNCE MARISKA HARGITAY!!!! So, my gut tells me that even if she had ceveral great scenes, she wouldn't be noticed anyway- look at Josh Holloway( that you mentioned above) he frigging rocked the 5th season, and had great scenes in season 6 too- with Evi at the dock ( someone?!), with EM in LAX and in the End( I don't think I have to tell you how EPIC that was), with Terry O'Quinn in the cave, but still -no nom. for him. And now compare that to Michael Emerson, who surprisingly got another emmy nomination for this season in which Benjamin Linus was maybe even worse treated by the writers than Sawyer and Kate.

The producers of the show just said yesterday this was Matthew Fox show.

In addition, while there's obviously plenty of reason to submit Evi as the leading actress on the show, she might have stood a decent chance at supporting (at least for a nomination), especially this season when she, among other major characters, had a smaller role during much of the season.

I think the voters are biased against Evi because she isn't "Hollywood" enough.

They need to get real and stop being prejudiced against Evi.

If that is the case then why did Terry O'Quinn and Michael Emerson get nominated?
I think they both greatly deserve it but it would have been nice to see evi get a nomination too
