"Grey's Anatomy" doc KATHERINE HEIGL, EVA LONGORIA of "Desperate Housewives" and "Lost" beauty EVANGELINE LILLY are just a few of the ladies making the coveted co-ed list of TV Guide's sexiest stars!

Lilly poses pretty as she shares the cover with "Grey's Anatomy"'s PATRICK DEMPSEY for TV Guide's Sexy Issue, coming to newsstands Thursday -- and ET puts the spotlight on the women!

The publication went to the ladies' co-stars to find out what makes them so beautiful inside and out.

"The funny thing about Evangeline, according to her co-star JOSH HOLLOWAY, is that she's really playful on the set," CAROL DITTBRENNER of TV Guide says. "She's a tomboy, but [she] maintains her femininity."
